Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and itinerary planning of inbound group tours to ensure a smooth customer experience.
3. Ensure all travel arrangements and orders are accurate and error-free.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, those with tourism management, business or other relevant professional backgrounds are preferred.
2. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources.
3. Familiar with computer operations, especially office software applications, travel industry-related system usage experience is even better.
4. Have a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and time management skills.
5. Good language skills, at least Chinese, Japanese speakers are preferred.
