[Job Requirements]

2. Bachelor's degree GPA≥3.6 (4-point scale), with excellent grades in relevant subjects (such as English, business, media, science and technology, humanities and social sciences, etc.);

3. Familiar with the associate degree curriculum system and evaluation standards, those with one year or more of academic counseling or tutoring experience are preferred.

5. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (preparation and written communication);

6. Proficient in the use of office software and online teaching tools, with data recording and analysis capabilities (such as learning progress tracking);

7. Have international vision and professional ethics, be loyal and abide by professional ethics in dealing with people and things, be honest, abide by business rules, keep business files confidential;

8. Have patience, responsibility, and cross-cultural communication skills, be able to adapt to diverse student backgrounds, be affectionate, and able to establish a positive learning environment;

9. Have a team collaboration awareness, and be able to efficiently cooperate with the academic management team.

Additional support: Provide teaching resources, academic database access and administrative assistance, participate in internal training and curriculum development activities.
