Customer Service Officer (Ecommerce)

<p>Oversea large scale of Beauty/Skin and Health products of ecommerce / retail industry under expansion</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Certificate or Diploma</li><li><strong>With 2-3yrs exp in Customer Service and Order follow up in Ecommerce / retail industry</strong></li><li>Good Communication skill and team work spirit </li><li>Proficiency skill in PC skill (word, excel, PowerPoint )</li><li>Good English and Mandarin</li><li>Immediate available is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li>Handle customer service inquiry and provide CS service </li><li>Handle online order and arrange goods delivery</li><li>Prepare monthly reports and assist in marketing events activities</li><li>Ad hoc project</li></ul><p><strong>Attractive package : Salary + Monhtly commission + double pay + year end bonus + annual leave 14 days + medical allowance</strong></p><p><strong>(ALL data to be collected is for recruitments use only)</strong></p><p><br></p>
