Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor

Job description

• Coordinate with Sales team in handling the supervision and monitoring of ongoing projects, provision of technical supports and liaising with contractors.

• Monitor project progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material usage by carrying out site supervision.

• Prepare site documents and reports

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines with minimum 2 years solid site experience

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese

• Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
