Position name: Financial Planner

• Provide professional financial planning and insurance protection solutions to customers, covering life insurance, medical insurance, retirement planning, and asset allocation, etc. to help customers establish a solid financial foundation.

• Collaborate with the team to conduct customer consultations, trade show promotions, and community activities, expand our service network through diverse channels, and continuously follow up on our customers’ long-term financial goals.

• Regularly participate in internal seminars and peer exchange, share practical experience and market dynamics, and jointly optimize service processes and professional judgment ability.

• Complete file documentation, policy submission, and continuing education credits as required by company compliance, ensuring service quality meets the standards of the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (IA).

• Holding a Hong Kong advanced diploma or associate degree, with preference for finance, business, economics or related fields; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply, without the need for relevant industry experience.

• Have a learning enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, be willing to invest time in training and self-improvement, and value team collaboration and long-term career development.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid "High-end Talent Pass", "Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme", "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)", "Dependent visa" or other legal identity approved to work in Hong Kong.

• Able to adapt to an external work mode, including client meetings, community promotion and institutional cooperation, with basic time management and independent work skills.

• Flexible work schedule, tailored to your personal rhythm and family needs, with daily working hours from 10 am to 5 pm. Work days can be negotiated according to actual needs.
