PM-IT project management

<ul><li>Have actual experience as a project manager, with verifiable performance records</li><li>Having experience in managing government information technology projects (with special emphasis on Hong Kong Special Administrative Government projects)</li><li>Deep understanding of government operations, procurement cycle and compliance requirements</li><li>Able to work independently and maintain customer relationships with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent document writing skills: able to independently complete clear, accurate, and detailed project files (including proposals, reports, scope statements, etc.)</li><li>Cantonese oral expression and English written communication skills are outstanding, and I am good at demonstrating and negotiating with customers</li><li>Excellent planning, multi-task processing, and time management skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
