<p>Senior Marketing Officer (Mortgage Loan Sales)<br> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for achieving the specified mortgage loan sales target</li><li>Actively expand and maintain good relations with business partners, including law firms, property brokerage companies, and recommendation intermediary institutions</li><li>Develop potential customers through various channels and promote mortgage loan business growth</li><li>Coordinate internal resources to provide professional support to partners, improve collaboration efficiency and customer satisfaction</li><li>Regularly follow up on market dynamics and competitive situations, and propose targeted sales strategy suggestions</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have at least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan sales</li><li>Familiar with the local mortgage market, with a good understanding of mortgage products from banks or financial institutions</li><li></li><li>Have the ability to actively expand business, goal-oriented, and strong stress resistance</li><li>Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with different stakeholders</li><li>Applicants with a valid Hong Kong driving license and their own transportation will be given priority (if applicable)</li></ul>
