Insurance Project Manager

<p>Project Manager – Insurance Transformation (Cantonese + English, Hong Kong)</p><p>Location: Hong Kong (onsite)<br>Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English</p><p><br>Role Overview<br>The Project Manager will oversee insurance digital transformation initiatives, coordinate between local insurer teams and delivery units, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.</p><p><br>Key Responsibilities<br>•  Plan and execute insurance IT projects from initiation to closure.<br>•  Manage stakeholder communications in Cantonese and English.<br>•  Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.<br>•  Coordinate with local and global delivery teams for status tracking and issue resolution.<br>•  Conduct weekly status reviews and steering committee updates.<br>•  Support change management and business readiness activities.</p><p><br>Required Skills<br>•  10 + years of experience in project management within the insurance domain.<br>•  Strong understanding of insurance operations and digital platform implementations.<br>•  Proven track record in managing multi-vendor, multi-geography projects.<br>•  Bilingual fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory.<br>•  PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification preferred.<br>•  Experience with Insurance core systems.</p>
