As an Executive Secretary Intern, you’ll provide high-impact support to our leadership team, bridging operations, finance, and communications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic environments and want to master the art of executive support.
Duration: 8–12 weeks (June–August 2024)
Location: Hybrid (Hong Kong + Shenzhen, with remote flexibility)

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Coordination
Manage leaders’ calendars, including cross-border meetings, investor calls, and travel itineraries.
Draft polished emails, presentations, and briefing documents (English/Mandarin).
Shadow executives in strategic discussions (optional based on performance).
2. Operational Backbone
Streamline document workflows (contracts, reports, compliance filings).
Track expenses and assist with vendor coordination.
Help plan company events/offsites (logistics, agendas, follow-ups).
3. Special Projects
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, or regulatory requirements.
Propose one process improvement initiative during your tenure.
