<ul><li><p>Provide first-line IT technical support, handle employees’ IT issues and inquiries, including software, hardware and network-related problems</p></li><li><p>Provide users with technical support by phone or on-site, and record and update case progress in the ticket system</p></li><li><p>Assist in arranging the work schedule of field technical staff, coordinate various technical support tasks</p></li><li><p>Participate in IT project administration and clerical work, including preparing meeting documents, scheduling meeting time, and liaising with relevant departments</p></li><li><p>Responsible for using Word and Excel to create reports, and writing emails in English for daily communication</p></li><li><p>Support IT phone hotlines to ensure stable operation of technical support services</p></li></ul><p></p><ol><li><p>Preference will be given to those with relevant IT support or Helpdesk experience, familiar with computer software and hardware and basic network knowledge</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English, both orally and in writing</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively process and respond to user needs</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially the application of Word and Excel</p></li><li><p>Have good organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and keep them clear</p></li></ol>
