Business Management Assistant

Assist the logistics computer media office or event planning team<br><br>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Assist in developing new customers and maintaining existing customer information, and establish and update customer management files</li> <li></li> <li>Coordinate internal team resources, support logistics operations, and ensure smooth business processes</li> <li>Handle administrative work, including file writing, data input, report consolidation, and multimedia content organization</li> <li>Participate in company event planning, assist with execution of relevant preparatory work and on-site support</li> </ul> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Have independent work ability, be able to manage time and complete assigned tasks on time</li> <li>Have good communication skills, be good at collaborating with colleagues, and have a team spirit</li> <li>Familiarity with computer word processing software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., basic operations</li> <li>Careful and responsible, with basic data management and file organization skills</li> <li>Passionate about administrative support and customer service work, willing to learn and grow</li> </ul>
