Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email, providing accurate information on treatments and brands
- Responsible for daily appointment scheduling, customer reception, and treatment time management to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Collaborate with beauty therapists and consulting team, provide comprehensive and thoughtful services to customers
- Responsible for product mixing according to customer needs
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- More than 1 year of customer service experience
- Priority will be given to those with experience as receptionists in beauty centers
- Excellent customer service skills and excellent phone skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong team spirit
- Familiar with computer operations (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), and assist in handling administrative and office work
- Basic reading and writing skills in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
