Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily front-of-house service at a Japanese restaurant, including greeting guests, seating them, taking their orders and processing their payments, ensuring they have a smooth and Japanese-guested dining experience.
Accurately understand customer order needs, familiar with POS system or handwritten receipts, immediately send orders to the kitchen and bar, and confirm the pace and sequence of serving.
Assist in the meal delivery process, check the dishes and table numbers in sequence, and safely deliver hot food, sashimi, sushi and other Japanese cuisine to the designated table, paying attention to the details of the plating and temperature requirements.
During the meal, inspect the area you are responsible for, actively replenish soy sauce, mustard, tea, and tableware, and respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries or special needs (such as allergy food reminders, seat adjustments, etc.).
After the end of business, participate in the closing of the counter, clean the tabletop and public area, and organize service utensils, and assist in completing a simple business settlement and invoice archiving operation.

Work requirements

No need for relevant experience, welcome newcomers to apply; but you must have good communication skills, stable emotions and service awareness, and be able to face different types of customers with a friendly attitude.
Able to work shifts that match the restaurant's operating hours, including weekends, holidays, and late-night hours; each shift is about 4-6 hours, with flexible part-time schedules.
Have basic Chinese listening and speaking skills, be able to clearly understand customer oral orders; understand simple Japanese phrases (such as "いらっしゃいませ" and "ありがとうございます") as a plus.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to closely cooperate with the kitchen, bar and other service colleagues to maintain high-quality service standards.
