Customer Service Assistant (Information Technology)

• Handling customer inquiries and technical support for information technology-related services

• Assist in following up on technical issues related to computer systems, applications, and mobile applications

• Provide users with fault diagnosis and solution, ensure service quality

• Record customer feedback and technical issues in detail, and report them to relevant departments to promote problem resolution

• Assist with IT support administrative work and other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operations knowledge

Have basic knowledge of computer systems and mobile app development

Basic three-language daily conversation skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English)

Have good communication skills, and be patient in responding to customer needs
