Responsible for patient appointment registration, reception and daily telephone/message inquiries, ensuring smooth and orderly clinical processes
Assist physicians in providing clinical support, including following up on prescriptions, preparing and counting Chinese herbal powder, administering needles and jars, etc. basic Chinese medical treatment operations
Simple operation of physical therapy equipment, and regular cleaning and maintenance
Handle clinic daily administrative affairs, including data processing, inventory record, report filling and file archiving
Maintain a clean and hygienic clinic environment
Work requirements
No need to specify seniority, but you must demonstrate a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility
Able to work independently, with good time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks during busy periods and maintain accuracy
Fluent Cantonese is a must for communication
Comply with the physician's work schedule, including rotating shifts and flexible scheduling (working five to six days per week for a total of 45 hours)
Benefits
Monthly salary $13,000–$15,000, salary can be negotiated based on experience and performance
