Responsibilities:<br>- Manage/arrange the boss's schedule, including daily life reminders,<br>- Manage/arrange/co-ordinate company and family and friend dinners, co-ordinate activities, etc.<br>- Assist the boss in handling work, participate in meetings and activities, take notes on the key points<br>- Assist the boss in conveying instructions to the company's different functional teams and reporting<br>-Assist with simple bookkeeping/reimbursement work<br><br>Requirements:<br>- Have good communication skills<div>- Have strong independent decision-making and self-motivation skills<div>-Pay attention to details, proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure<br>- Follow strict confidentiality guidelines<br><br></div></div>
