<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Assistant Proejct/Account Manager</strong> to support our multi-project portfolio for a key client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and client satisfaction.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p></p><ul><li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for various projects within the client's account. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing project status reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.</li><li><strong>Client Communication:</strong> Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, addressing inquiries, providing timely updates, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship.</li><li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong> Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing project files, managing documentation, and preparing invoices and financial reports.</li><li><strong>Issue Resolution:</strong> Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the senior Account Manager as needed and assisting in their resolution.</li><li><strong>Internal Liaison:</strong> Act as a communication hub between the client and our internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, and development), ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and client expectations.</li><li><strong>Strategic Support:</strong> Support the Account Manager in preparing for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions by compiling data and insights from project performance.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
