Delivery Team Leader (Foreign Labor)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and supervising daily delivery operations, including delivery of water in buckets, beverages and other related goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the designated customer location.

• Execute on-site inventory, acceptance and handover procedures, verify purchase orders and actual quantities, ensure accurate accounting and proper handling of exceptions.

• Participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, loading and unloading; need to frequently move heavy objects (such as full boxes of drinks, water bottles, etc.), have good physical fitness and safety awareness during operations.

• Handle on-site cash collection, including cash and checks, and immediately record them into the account to ensure clear, accurate, and traceable financial records.

• Applicants with electric forklift operation experience are preferred, and must hold a valid Hong Kong electric forklift operation certificate or be able to take the exam as soon as possible after employment.

• Familiar with basic warehouse and logistics processes, with practical experience in goods classification, counting, loading and unloading, and route planning, with a background in the beverage or fast-moving consumer goods industry is particularly advantageous.

• Able to handle on-site emergencies independently, with good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for daily communication, understanding Mandarin and basic English as a plus.

• Must meet the Hong Kong Immigration Department's foreign labor input plan qualifications, accept assistance from the employer in applying for a work visa; academic qualifications are unlimited, no work experience is required, but basic mathematical skills and an honest and compliant professional attitude must be possessed.

• Enjoy 13 months of salary, paid proportionally to the actual months of service.
