Banking - Call Center (Regular Deposit/Application for Credit Card) - Bank Holiday / No Shift Rotation

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Make outbound calls to customers to promote bank loan discount services</p></li><li><p>Process and follow up customer inquiries related to bank promotion plans</p></li><li><p>Assist the team in processing and following up on related customer services</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>HKCEE/DSE or above</p></li><li><p>Bank/telephone sales experience is preferred</p></li><li><p>Good Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin</p></li><li><p>Have good communication and phone skills</p></li></ul><p>Familiarity with computer operations (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese typing (Cangjie/Simplified)</p><p><strong>Working location:</strong>Kowloon Bay (main) / Mong Kok</p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong>Monday to Friday 09:50 -19:00 (five days work)</p>
