UX/UI Manager

[Job Responsibilities]:

1. Based on product features and product prototypes, design or optimize user interfaces (desktop and mobile) in conjunction with design standards to enhance product usability and visual appeal.

2. Output the required visual materials, elements and goods according to the development and related units’ needs.

3. Develop design standards for the project, create design specification documents, ensure the documents are highly readable and provide practical guidance for subsequent design iterations.

[Job Requirements]:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in visual design.

2, 3 years or more of internet product-related design experience (pages, components, marketing materials, etc.), with financial industry experience given priority.

3. Have 0 - 1 full process UI output experience (host or participate) to understand the entire Internet product UI output process.

4. Familiar with mainstream operating systems and Internet platform UI design specifications and characteristics (operating systems include: iOS, Android, etc.;)

5. Have front-end and back-end UI design experience, familiar with the design of common functional modules or components, such as menus, forms, lists and various controllers.

6. Have excellent design feature abstraction ability, be able to quickly and accurately extract the design features of a certain product and follow up on those features for design, thereby adapting to diverse design style needs.

8. Familiar with related design tools: figma (familiar), Axure (know how to use)
