Duties:
1. Greet customers warmly and provide professional shopping guidance and advice to meet their needs and promote sales.
2. Responsible for the display and arrangement of children's shoes in the store, ensuring that the goods are neatly and beautifully placed to attract customers' attention;
3. Execute inventory management, including goods acceptance, goods display, regular inventory and refund processing;
4. Maintain a clean store environment to ensure a comfortable shopping space;
5. Actively participate in the store's sales activities and promotion strategies, and achieve sales targets;
6. Complete goods receiving and acceptance, on-shelf display and placement, replenishment, return, and loss prevention, etc. daily business operations;
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Have good customer service awareness, love the retail industry, those with children's shoe sales experience are preferred;
2. Have excellent communication skills and team spirit, be able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues;
3. Have some basic skills in product display and inventory management;
4. Age between 20 and 40, good image, strong affinity;
5. Able to adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
