Job Responsibilities

Responsible for regular patrols within the property, monitoring public areas, parking lots and various facilities operating conditions, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
Instantly monitor closed-circuit television, fire systems, access control devices, and other property security equipment, and report and coordinate follow-up processing when abnormalities or malfunctions are detected.
Proactively greet and respond to inquiries, service requests, and complaints from residents and visitors, providing support with politeness, patience, and professionalism, and accurately recording and referring them to relevant departments.
Assist the property management team in carrying out daily affairs, including file sorting, entry and exit registration, letter distribution and temporary assigned tasks, to ensure that the service process meets the company's service standards.
Participate in emergency accident response (such as fire, waterlogging, power interruption, etc.), follow the established guidelines to assist in evacuation, reporting and preliminary handling, and submit a post-event incident report.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and communication skills; understanding Cantonese is a must, and those who can respond to daily conversations in Mandarin or simple English are preferred.
Have good service awareness and empathy, be able to calmly handle different types of customer emotions, and have basic conflict resolution and crisis awareness.
Healthy body, able to adapt to long hours of standing, walking and night shifts (12:00–22:00 or 13:00–23:00), working six days a week.
No criminal record, honest and reliable, responsible and team-oriented; those with property management, security or customer service-related experience are given priority.
Willing to accept on-the-job training, including fire safety, first aid knowledge, system operations and service etiquette, and to abide by the company's various rules and regulations.
