<p><strong>Purchasing Officer</strong></p><p></p><p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the quotation, comparison, negotiation and order placement work in the procurement process</p></li><li><p>Follow up on procurement order execution status, including delivery date, logistics arrangements and inventory status, to ensure materials are delivered on time</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain supplier files, conduct regular supplier evaluations and management, and optimize supply chain resources</p></li><li><p>Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments of the company, accurately grasp the material demand plan, and support production and operation activities</p></li><li><p>Assist in the compilation of purchasing cost analysis report, promote purchasing cost control and optimization</p></li><li><p>Handle daily procurement paperwork and data recording to ensure accurate and complete information</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>1 to 3 years of purchasing, order processing or supply chain related work experience, those with manufacturing or trading industry experience are preferred</p></li><li><p>Familiar with procurement operations and procurement document processing, with basic data analysis skills</p></li><li><p>Have good negotiation skills, be able to effectively control procurement costs and improve supply efficiency</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and able to handle various procurement affairs independently</p></li><li><p>Able to speak Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with good communication skills</p></li><li><p>Secondary School Diploma or above, familiar with Microsoft Office software</p></li><li><p>Accept office work and occasional business trips</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Five-day work week with flexible hours</p></li><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>Purchase performance bonus</p></li><li><p>Transportation allowance and meal allowance</p></li><li><p>Medical insurance plan, insurance plan, and employee health center</p></li><li><p>Enjoy Chinese statutory holidays</p></li><li><p>Provide leisure and sports facilities</p></li></ul><p></p>
