<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Technical problem solving: Responsible for handling industry customers' key technical issues such as installation, debugging, maintenance, and preliminary diagnosis of software and hardware failures in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, SAN networks).</p><p>2. System software support: Provide customers with HP-UX, AIX, Linux, Windows, VMware, etc. mainstream operating systems and disk management related software operations and technical support.</p><p>3. Project and operations support: Participate in the on-site implementation and daily operations support of customer IT projects, provide comprehensive technical guidance, and share and transfer skills within the team.</p><p>4. Document writing and summary: Responsible for writing customer project documents, fault analysis reports, and operation and maintenance summaries, ensuring complete and accurate information recording.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Educational qualifications: Diploma or above, Computer Science, Communications, Information Systems, etc. Relevant professional background.</p><p>2. Have server, minicomputer, storage or network IT hardware product technical support or project experience. Candidates with IT vendor, integrator or technical service provider related work experience are preferred.</p><p>3. Familiar with Linux and VMware system operations, those who have relevant certifications or the ability to write daily system operation automation scripts are preferred. Those who understand network implementation, diagnosis and performance tuning are preferred.</p><p>Comprehensive ability: Have quick learning ability, good team spirit and customer service awareness. </p><p>Language ability: Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese at work; have English reading and writing abilities, and be able to handle technical documents and work emails proficiently.</p><p>Working identity: Applicants must hold valid Hong Kong resident status or have the necessary visa qualifications to legally work in Hong Kong.</p><p></p>
