Hong Kong regional human resources manager/responsible person

• Responsible for human resources management in the Hong Kong region, including recruitment, salary calculation, holiday record update and tax declaration, etc. daily personnel affairs.
• In-depth understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations related to employee management, ensuring that the company complies with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations, and reducing legal risks.
• Maintain and update employee personnel files, personal records, and databases to ensure accurate and complete information.
• Proactively collect employee human resources-related needs, propose effective solutions, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the company headquarters, and cooperate with the overall human resources strategy to promote.

• Have a certificate or diploma in human resources management or related fields.
• Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and MPF system, with relevant compliance operation experience.
• Outgoing and positive personality, with attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills.
• Able to handle sensitive information properly, with a high level of confidentiality awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office office software, improving administrative efficiency.
