Support the Logistics Manager in planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues, manage exceptions, and improve service levels.
Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, freight cost per unit, warehouse turnover, and order accuracy.
Assist in budget preparation, vendor evaluation, contract administration, and implementation of process improvements or logistics technology tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CILT) are advantageous.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), TMS, WMS, and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
