Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping work, including income, expenses, accounts receivable and payable, registration and verification
Organize and file various financial documents and vouchers, ensure that the information is complete and meets the audit requirements
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, accurately reflecting the company's financial position
Stay in touch with the bank, handle bank reconciliation, payments, and related settlement matters

Work requirements

Hold a professional diploma or above in accounting or finance, with basic accounting knowledge
Preference will be given to those familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and general financial procedures
Proficient in the use of common office software and accounting systems (such as Excel, QuickBooks, Kingdee, etc.)
Careful and responsible, with good numerical sensitivity and document processing skills
Have basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, be able to read simple financial documents and write emails for communication
