Lead a small team of administrative officers to maintain and manage offices and warehouse facilities in Hong Kong, ensuring the smooth operation of office administration, including procurement of office supplies, contract review and negotiation.
Oversee the office administration functions, including office operations, company events and activities, maintenance and procurement of office supplies, facilities, equipment and furniture, as week as managing mailing and delivery services, reception, office security and warehouse services.
Handle the budget planning, cost control, and report generation as well as analyses.
Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Improving office experiences for local employees and employees relocated from mainland, China.
Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer.
Requirements:
3-5+(No more than 8)years of experience in office administration, preferably in a fast growing startup or fin-tech environment. role, administrative supervisory role.
Degree holder with at least 1 year experience in administrative supervisory.
A team player with strong sense of responsibility, good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
Excellent Chinese writing skills and logical thinking, fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Immediately available is an advantage.
