Responsibilities:
Manage the operation of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Exhibition Hall (equipment maintenance, product demonstration, visitor reception);
Maintain supplier relationships and public relations (activity coordination, media communication).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree;
2 years of Hong Kong office administrative experience;
Cantonese (mother tongue), English (fluent), Mandarin (proficient);
Technology product knowledge, attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Note: No work visa will be provided, and applicants must have a Hong Kong ID card.
Manage tech exhibition hall operations (device maintenance, product demos, visitor reception).
Handle administrative tasks (mail/deliveries, meeting rooms, inventory).
Maintain vendor relations and public engagement (event coordination, media).
Bachelor’s degree in Tech/Business;
2+ yrs HK admin/customer service experience;
Fluency in Cantonese (native), English, and Mandarin;
Tech product knowledge, detail-oriented, multitasking.
