Senior Accountant

<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ol> <li>Oversee the booking of transactions for all operations within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li> <li>Prepare and analyze financial and operational data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, as well as for monthly and year-end reports</li> <li>Manage account schedules for month-end and year-end closing processes, including compliance with statutory requirements such as audits and taxes</li> <li>Coordinate invoice matching for product supplier accounts payable from the operating system to the accounting system</li> <li>Conduct variance analysis for customer accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement</li> <li>Perform P&L analysis to evaluate customer performance and profitability</li> <li>Manage fixed assets, including tracking, valuation, and depreciation processes</li> <li>Maintain system interfaces between the operation system (SCI) and the Accounting system (SunSystem).</li> <li>Perform other related tasks as required to support the team</li> </ol> <p></p> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years in accounting-related roles, preferably within a China-based company</li> <li>Proficient in accounting software (SunSystem) and MS Office applications</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Good in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</li> <li>Less experience would be considered as Accountant<br></li> </ol> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <ol> <li>Competitive remuneration package</li> <li>Great training and development opportunities</li> <li>Group medical insurance with dependent coverage</li> <li>Accident & Life insurance</li> </ol>
