Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer checkout operations, familiar with electronic cash register system operations, accurately handling cash, credit cards, mobile payments, etc. various payment methods, and properly managing cash and receipts in the cash register.
Pay attention to the expiration date and quality of goods, and immediately report expired, damaged or abnormal goods to the warehouse and operations team for return or removal from the shelves.
Follow the store's various operations and safety procedures, including cash management, anti-theft measures, emergency event reporting, and participate in regular shift scheduling and rotation (including holidays, night shifts)

Work requirements

Have basic honesty and integrity, and a high sense of responsibility, be able to independently complete cash register and inventory tasks, and maintain a cautious attitude towards money and commodity management.
Willing to learn and proactive, able to actively accept company training, master new system operations and service skills, and be aware of continuous improvement of work methods.
Have good communication skills and service enthusiasm, be patient with different types of customers, and maintain politeness and stable emotions during busy periods.
Good physical adaptability, able to withstand long periods of standing, moving light goods (usually not exceeding 15 kg) and repetitive operations.
