Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries/complaints related to MPF platforms (no need for sales or investment advice)
Provide timely answers through multiple channels (phone, email, real-time chat) to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Follow all monitoring and service regulations to ensure the hotline center runs smoothly
Improve on-the-job training and promotion ladders
Working location: Quan Wan
Working hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 19:00 (daily 8-8.5 hours shift)
Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (long and short weeks)
Position requirements
Hong Kong secondary school entrance examination or diploma or above
Have basic English understanding ability and good Chinese writing ability
Able to type in Chinese or English and familiar with common computer software applications
Actively and positively assisting customers to solve problems
Applicants with customer service experience (retail, dining, hotel, etc. industries) will be given priority
