Job Title: English Department Specialist Tutor

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for after-school English language tutoring for primary and secondary school students, covering grammar, reading comprehension, writing, listening and oral expression, etc. Core ability training;
Design personalized teaching plans and materials based on students’ individual learning levels and goals (such as school internal exams, public exams DSE or international courses IB/IGCSE),
Regularly assess learning progress, provide specific learning feedback and improvement suggestions, and maintain appropriate communication with parents, reporting learning achievements and areas that need strengthening;
Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere, encourage students to think and express themselves actively, and cultivate autonomous learning habits and English practical application abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university in English, education, linguistics or related sciences, with good written and oral English expression skills (Cantonese is the daily teaching language and must be fluent in its use);
Have teaching experience in primary or secondary school English, familiar with local curriculum (such as ESF, EMI schools, local government and directly funded secondary school curriculum) and DSE English exam emphasis;
Have patience, responsibility, and empathy, and be able to adjust teaching strategies to different learning styles, effectively supporting students with learning difficulties or high potential;
Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of professional ethics, and adhering to the organization's teaching standards and student data confidentiality principles.
