<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>At least 8 years IT Project Management experience in Manufacturing industry</li><li>Experience in<strong> <u>Industrial Automation Projects</u></strong> or<strong> <u>Industry 4.0 solutions</u></strong> will be an advantage</li><li>Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines</li><li>Familiar with<strong> ERP / MES / IoT platforms</strong> is a MUST</li><li>Strong vendor management skills, including RFP processes, SLA enforcement, and performance reviews</li><li>Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST</li><li>Business trip to China / USA / EU if necessary</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Follow up IT Projects</li><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of smart factory initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of digital manufacturing solutions</li><li>Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget</li><li>Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions</li><li>Work closely with Group IT Teams (including Application, Infrastructure and Business Analysis) to ensure system integration and alignment with enterprise standards</li><li>Engage with functional department leads within the project group to gather requirements and coordinate implementation efforts</li><li>Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum</li><li>Ensure compliance with group IT infrastructure standards and cybersecurity protocols</li><li>Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders</li><li>Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption of new technologies on the factory floor</li></ul>
