Assistant Quantity Surveyer

• to conduct quantity surveying duties including submission of interim payment application

• to build up variation orders

• to take measurement from tender or contract drawings

• knowledge of plumbing & drainage systems

• ability to understand technical specifications of contract document

• proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM a big plus

• site visits

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services or related discipline

• 1 year relevant experience in plumbing & drainage field

• good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• good interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
