across personal care and household disinfection categories. To support our continued
business expansion, we are seeking a committed and experienced GT Sales & Operations
Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute GT sales and channel strategies for the Hong Kong market, prioritizing pharmacy and local trade channels to drive sustainable revenue, volume, and market share growth. Continuously refine plans based on market trends, competitor activity, and performance results.
Manage HK distributors and core pharmacy/personal care accounts to ensure strong coverage, service quality, and execution standards. Build long-term partnerships through effective relationship management, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
Lead negotiations on trade terms, pricing structures, and promotional incentives with key decision-makers to drive sustainable growth and mutual value creation.
Oversee daily team management, including staffing coordination, task allocation, and performance supervision. Build efficient execution plans to ensure the achievement of team objectives and continuous capability development.
Plan and execute targeted marketing and promotional programs for pharmacy channels to drive sell-out and repeat purchases.
Take full ownership of the channel P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved. Effectively manage trade spending and channel costs to optimize ROI and margin performance.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong hands-on exposure to General Trade, particularly within pharmacy and personal care channels.
Proven strategic planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to independently formulate channel strategies, translate objectives into actionable plans, and drive implementation.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers at key pharmacy accounts.
Solid understanding of pharmacy sell-out dynamics, repurchase behavior, and trade incentive mechanisms.
High data sensitivity and analytical capability, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize channel performance and decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in full P&L ownership and profitability management.
Proven leadership, coaching, and people-management skills in fast-paced environments, with high resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
