Benefits: $19,000 monthly salary, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, 8 hours a day (1 hour for lunch), 5 days a week, rotating days off
Responsibilities:
Support daily fleet operations: monitor bike availability, uptime and asset health across cities or sites.
Support and assist to set tup daily bike kiosk operations, increase sales and increase fluency during daily operations.
Coordinate field teams: plan shifts and routes for patrollers/techs, track task completion (rebalancing, repairs, swaps), enforce SOPs and safety rules.
Oversee maintenance workflows: triage issues from app/IoT, coordinate workshops or vendors, follow up on turnaround time and parts usage.
Run operations dashboards: track KPIs such as availability, order-to-ride time, incident rate, cost per ride, and prepare reports for the director.
Implement projects: support new city launches, pilots (e.g. new station types, parking rules), tech rollouts, and process improvements; document and train teams.
Handle escalations: support customer ops on incidents (accidents, complaints, regulatory checks), decide operational actions and escalate to director when needed.
Liaise with partners: coordinate with landlords, campuses, city contacts or vendors on station locations, access, events, and performance expectations.
