Working location:

Working Location:
Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Kwai Fong, Mongkok, Nan Cheong, Tai Po, Sheung Shui, Kwun Tong (SHK Properties Shopping Mall)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the mall's customer service center, including handling visitor inquiries, gift redemption, parking discounts, etc.
- Assist in mall promotion activities and maintain daily operations of the property
- Assist the service department in assigning duties
What will you do?
- Assist to manage the Customer Care Counter in shopping center, duties include handling enquiries of shoppers and visitors, gifts redemption, parking administration and relevant duties in counter
- Support promotional activities and daily operations of property
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned from management services office
Requirements:
- Diploma or above academic degree
- Active and committed to providing quality service
- Have good communication skills
- Preference will be given to those who speak fluent Cantonese, basic English, Mandarin, and basic Chinese and English writing
- Welcome fresh graduates or other industry professionals to join
- Less experienced candidates will consider Assistant Customer Service Officer
Do you have a right profile?
- Diploma or above in all disciplines
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are necessary
- Fresh graduate and other industry professionals will also be considered
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Services Officer
