Location: Kwun Tong (Near MTR Station
Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• As the Team lead of HR: Subordinates: 1 Training Officer, 1 Compensation Officer
• Lead the team to perform full-spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Monthly Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management , Employee Relations and other related HR matters for the Company (office and frontline staff);
• Work with headquarter departments and external parties in Manpower Planning, HR strategies and Budgeting to support business development;
• Reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet Group HR requirements and in compliance with local legislation;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
Requirement:
• 10 years HR-related work experience required, including familiarity with the entire HR process, including recruitment, training, job placement, performance evaluation, and compensation systems.
• · Skilled in effective communication and collaboration with department heads across departments
• Japanese speakers preferred. Good English proficiency is a must. (Our General Managers of Hong Kong can communicate in English). Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience working in Multi-culture companies such as Japan, Korea, Europe, US is preferred.
Benefits:
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Annual Leave: Starting from 14 days, with a maximum of 21 days.

• Bonus: Yes (average of approximately 3.5 months, paid in winter-end and mid-summer).
