Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing various business data, providing insightful data support to assist in decision making

• Apply statistical methods and data models to deeply analyze user behavior, market trends, and operating performance

• Regularly create data reports and visual dashboards, and report key performance indicators to management and relevant departments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into executable data analysis solutions

• Continuously optimize data processing workflows to improve data accuracy and analysis efficiency

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in statistics, mathematics, information technology, business analysis or related fields

• Have at least 2 years of data analysis work experience, those with cross-industry project experience are preferred

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and at least one data analysis tool (such as Python, R, SAS, etc.)

• Familiar with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and able to independently complete report development

• Have good logical thinking, communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
