Business Development, Account Manager (FX & Investments)

Located in our Hong Kong office, we are looking for a Business Development, Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help facilitating account openings and business relationships with our clients, banking partners, and liquidity providers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in KYC onboarding and LP/bank account opening to meet regulatory and compliance.
• Maintain CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Liaise with trading and investment partners to facilitate operations and strong relationships.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and material preparations for investors and strategic partners.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team in investment and client servicing.

Requirements:
• 2-3 Years of experience in business development, client onboarding, or account management, preferably in the financial services, FX, or investment sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage operational tasks efficiently.
• Proactive mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
