<p>Job Responsibilities</p>
<p>1. Develop and implement a team development plan to ensure that we meet our team goals and performance requirements.</p>
<p>2. Plan and organize team activities, such as training workshops, team building activities, etc., to enhance team cohesion and work efficiency.</p>
<p>3. Responsible for general administration and clerical work, ensuring the team runs smoothly.</p>
<p>4. Assist in recruiting and training new members, and promote team continuous development.</p>
<p>5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure business development and team goals are aligned.</p>

<p>Qualifications required</p>
<p>1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration, human resources or related sciences are preferred.</p>
<p>2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, those with team management or business development experience are preferred.</p>
<p>3. Have excellent organizational and planning skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks.</p>
<p>4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with colleagues of different levels.</p>
<p>5. Basic understanding of the insurance or financial industry is preferred.</p>
<p>6. Proactive, with problem-solving skills and team spirit.</p>
