1. Actively greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional servicesMassage chair productsConsultation and experiential guidance.

3. Complete sales targets and actively follow up on potential customers to increase conversion rates.

4. Maintain customer relationships, provide excellent after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Participate in in-store product display, promotional activities and market promotion, enhance brand awareness.

6. Timely feedback on customer needs and market information, assisting the team in optimizing sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• Applicants with secondary five education or above, those with sales or customer service experience are preferred.

• GoodCantonese and MandarinCommunication skills, basic English communication skills are better.

• Outgoing and proactive personality, with excellent expression and persuasion skills.

• Have a team spirit, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong interest in healthy living and high-quality home products, willing to continuously learn about product knowledge.

• No experience required, the company will provide comprehensive product training and sales skills training.
