Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
1. File writing and editing: Responsible for writing and editing various company documents, including but not limited to reports, memorandums, letters and other administrative materials.
Ensure all file content is accurate, professional, and consistent, and follow the company's document format and style guide.
3. File organization: Establish and maintain electronic and paper-based file systems to ensure that all data can be quickly retrieved and effectively managed.
Responsible for classifying, marking, and storing files, maintaining a clean and orderly file system, and periodically updating and cleaning files.
4. Data input: Accurately input the manually collected data into the computer system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Responsible for checking and verifying data, promptly discovering and correcting errors, and ensuring data reliability.
5. Other administrative support: Assist other departments with administrative work, such as meeting arrangements, document distribution and other daily office affairs.
Participate in team projects as needed, providing necessary administrative support.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High school education or above, with preference given to those with skills in office administration, business administration or related fields.
2. Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other office software.
Have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to express your ideas clearly.
3. Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates can also apply. Those with experience in data entry or file management will be more competitive.
4. Attitude: Have a detailed and responsible work attitude, and be able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.
Good time management skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
