<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. File writing and editing: Responsible for writing and editing various company documents, including but not limited to reports, memorandums, letters and other administrative materials.</p>
<p>Ensure all file content is accurate, professional, and consistent, and follow the company's document format and style guide.</p>

<p>3. File organization: Establish and maintain electronic and paper-based file systems to ensure that all data can be quickly retrieved and effectively managed.</p>
<p>Responsible for classifying, marking, and storing files, maintaining a clean and orderly file system, and periodically updating and cleaning files.</p>
<p>4. Data input: Accurately input the manually collected data into the computer system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</p>
<p>Responsible for checking and verifying data, promptly discovering and correcting errors, and ensuring data reliability.</p>
<p>5. Other administrative support: Assist other departments with administrative work, such as meeting arrangements, document distribution and other daily office affairs.</p>
<p>Participate in team projects as needed, providing necessary administrative support.</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>1. Education: High school education or above, with preference given to those with skills in office administration, business administration or related fields.</p>
<p>2. Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other office software.</p>
<p>Have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to express your ideas clearly.</p>
<p>3. Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates can also apply. Those with experience in data entry or file management will be more competitive.</p>
<p>4. Attitude: Have a detailed and responsible work attitude, and be able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.</p>
<p>Good time management skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. </p>
