Main responsibilities:

• Answering phones and social media to schedule appointments for customers
• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone and social media
• Collect customer opinions and suggestions, answer customer inquiries by phone, provide market information and arrange meetings, and establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Process and follow up customer complaints
• Follow up on work progress, document processing, and assist the marketing department
• Organize promotional materials and assist with sales

Entry Requirements:

• Grade Five graduation (DSE) or above
• Excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, polite and respectful, and proactive and enthusiastic
• Familiar with computer operations (Ms Office), Assist with handling administrative work
• Careful, patient, and team-oriented
• Two or more years of relevant work experience
• Understand Chinese computer input method
• Good Cantonese, understand Mandarin and English
• Medical or beauty experience is preferred
