Brand Ambassador - Fragrance Specialist

Description
Act as a brand ambassador and create memorable experiences to inspire human connections with our customers, provide the highest level of customer service, and achieve sales targets by delivering compelling Fragrance Profiling experiences.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations and maximize sales opportunities.
* Tell compelling stories aligned with brand and product guidelines.
* Understand customer needs and maintain long-term relationships with them.
* Show keen interest in the industry and market trends.
* Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of product shelves, displays, and floors.
* Follow all procedures related to stock control and participate in stock taking exercises.
* Perform any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in relevant roles.
* Prior experience in Luxury/Fragrance industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
* A great team player who can work independently.
* Proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
* Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
