Market Promotion Administrative Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate the daily operation of the market promotion administrative team and coordinate the administrative support work between various departments.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the company's personnel recruitment process, including job vacancy announcement, resume screening, interview scheduling, and employment administrative affairs.</p></li><li><p>Handle general office files, including document archiving, report writing, meeting minutes organization, and file delivery.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on customer data management, ensure database information is accurate and up-to-date in real time, and maintain basic customer contact records.</p></li><li><p>Assist with market promotion activities' logistics and administrative preparation, such as activity file creation, resource allocation and progress tracking.</p></li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have a higher diploma or associate degree</p></li><li><p>Have good communication skills, work carefully and responsibly</p></li><li><p>Familiar with Office office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p></li></ul>
