Freight Operator (Air Export)

<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Processing air freight shipments, including documentation, customs clearance and coordination with airlines and other logistics providers</li><li>Liaising with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolving any issues or queries</li><li>Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports on shipment activities</li><li>Assisting with inventory management and the safe storage of cargo</li><li>Supporting the wider freight and logistics team as needed</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>1-2 years' experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role, ideally within the air freight sector</li><li>Strong knowledge of customs procedures, documentation requirements and air freight operations</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues</li><li>Proficient in using logistics management software and IT systems</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy</li><li>A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong><br><br>We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
