HVAC Executive Engineer

Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.</p> <p></p> <p>As a Executive Engineer， you’ll be responsible for:</p> <ol> <li>To ensure HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects is completed on time with proven track record.</li> <li>To assist Service Manager in handling of fitting out works of MVAC system, such as site coordination with sub-contractor / client etc.</li> <li>To supervise and monitor of preventive / comprehensive maintenance works with technical workers</li> <li>To prepare submission works such as job tender, quotation etc for HVAC repairing work / retrofit projects</li> <li>To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors</li> <li>To Manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.</li> <li>To Perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance.</li> </ol> <p></p> <p>As a minimum you must have:</p> <ol> <li>Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.</li> <li>University Degree or equivalent.</li> <li>A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.<br></li> </ol> <p>Our commitment to you：</p> <p>Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
