Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for car beauty related work, including glass film, color change film, invisible car cover, etc. film construction task.

2. Proficient in various types of car underguard installation methods, and independently complete installation, debugging and maintenance work.

3. Responsible for the installation, testing and maintenance of the car recorder to ensure that the equipment runs normally.

4. Introduce the product's functions, uses, and usage precautions to customers in detail, providing professional technical explanations and usage suggestions.

5. Process customer issues encountered during use, provide effective solutions in a timely manner, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Have automotive beauty or related work experience, familiar with various types of film processing and tool use.

2. Understand mainstream car structures and be able to independently complete the installation and debugging of different car models.

3. Have good communication skills, be able to face customers to give professional explanations of product functions and usage methods.

4. Have strong service awareness and problem-solving skills, be able to quickly respond and properly handle customer feedback.

5. Have team spirit, be able to cooperate with after-sales customer service or superior work assignments, and do a good job of information tracking and feedback.
